The beauty of this blog is also its biggest challenge. The beauty is that it came with an instant readership because nate is the people's champ and nah linkage'd it. The challenge is that cats have seen nate's work on nah but more importantly, wmdeez, which everyone with two brain cells to rub together recognizes as a seminal hip-hop blog that will be forever memorialized in the annals of hip-hop writing. Thus, cats aint trying to see anything less than the second coming of wmdeez. Unfair challenge? Shit - probably. But bear has his own shwag and nate is better than ever so it's really just putting pen to paper (or fingers to keys) and letting the David Copperfield magic happen. As for the comments, take is as constructive criticism. I never sent eskay a personal email on some "bro, you should do such and such and such" - I always just threw it in the comments. Back in the day, he always responded. That's the beauty of a blog - instant love, instant criticism, instant discussion. Just remember that if someone comments, that means they fuck with you. If they don't comment, it means they peeped your shit, got bored, and left. That's the worst outcome of all. I got whatever on this blog, just like I always did. Peace! And much love to ya.
